KIWI SMOOTHIE

We are still with the Vit E, and Vit E is especially important for women after and during the menopause. Kiwi fruit were reduced today, six for 50 pence, so its a smoothie.

Did you know that Kiwi's have more Vit C than an orange? It also has Vit K that is essential for the brain assimilating Vit C. Children can be allergic to Kiwi and so be careful with the young ones. My son always loved kiwi's when he was a child, his preferred fruit.

My smoothie included the following:

Six kiwi's
1 banana
Juice of half a lemon
Small spoonful of honey
10 almonds
Half of a large cartoon of yoghurt
